Instant High Protein Pudding

You can use any flavour you like or combo.

The basics use 1 packet of instant pudding, I use sugar and fat free for lower calories, skim milk for calorie savings as well. You could of course use higher fat milk and standard pudding for higher calories. Add 3 scoups of whey or other protein powder  and follow instructions as normal. Optionally add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Makes a great high protein pudding, you wont believe how good it is!
