THE PEOPLE WHO TAKE ANIMAL PAK SWEAR BY IT, AND IM ONE OF THEM. SURE, I COULD SETTLE FOR SOMETHING SIMPLE, AND CHEAPER… BUT WHY SETTLE WHEN IT COMES TO THE BEST YOU CAN GIVE YOUR BODY. ANIMAL PAK. ANIMAL PAK HAS WITHSTOOD THE TEST OF TIME, AND HAS BEEN AROUND FOR 25 YEARS!!! THAT IN ITSELF, SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING. Best multivitamin I have ever used. The instructions say to take two paks but for me one is plenty. I take it with lunch and enjoy the benefits the rest of the day. Since starting this almost a year ago I am sick less, stronger, healthier and feel better overall. There is a noticeable difference when not taking these vitamins. If you are looking for a great multi that covers all the bases this is it. The only downside for some is the 11 pills you have to take. I suggest taking the larger ones first and working your way down.

These vitamins are chock full of everything you could ever want in a vitamin, but the taste is horrific. The smell alone opening the can makes me want to gag, but they work so well I keep taking them.

I have tried a dozen different multi’s and Animal Pak is the one. I only take one pak a day. Sure it’s alot of pills, but it does the job. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to take care of their body.

I’ve been using Animal Pak’s for 5 or more year’s. I did the math and it is cheaper to buy the Animal Pak’s than buy all the vitamin’s seperately and make your own, and also spend all the time making your own packet’s. Universal’s vitamin’s have quality, as I have my doubt’s as to the quality of some vitamin company’s -LIKE COSTCO. I can feel a noticeble change when I take my ANIMAL PAK’s verses when I miss a day or so.
