180g a day and eat about 3000 calories a day.

Also remember excessive lifting can cause no results. Also make sure your workouts are intense, and focus on one body part per day.

Hey, at least you're educated about pet nutrition despite your nastiness! Both my cats and ferrets eat Blue Buffalo Wilderness. They're all of perfect weight and have amazing coats.

Personally I wouldn't feed Longevity to the kitten because the first ingredient is FISH - which causes seriously stinky poop. I'd have her on Innova Evo Kitten Canned and then switch to Wilderness at around a year.

i'd aim for 30g of protein per meal, and eat every 2-4 hours. taking a protein shake before and after exercise helps too. and id try work out more then twice a week. the amount you can take in depends on how hardcore your last training session was, the harder you train the more you can absorb, the rest is lost in your urine.

You should eat about 1 gram per lb of body weight per day. So about 150 grams total. And the average body can digest about 40 grams at a time. 20 definately is not too much at a time.
